建议一片贴 6–8 小时；皮肤较薄或敏感的部位缩短到 4–6 小时。

贴在哪里？Where do I apply it?
贴在紧绷酸胀的部位，例如肩颈、腰背、膝盖、手肘、脚跟。避开伤口、破皮及眼周。
Apply on tight, tired areas such as neck, shoulders, back, knees, elbows or heels. Avoid broken skin and the eye area.
贴上去是什么感觉？What does it feel like?
一开始冰冰凉凉，过后转温热，每个人体感不同。如出现明显刺痒、红疹或持续不适，请停用。
Cool at first, then gently warm — it varies by person. Stop using if you get obvious itching, rashes or ongoing discomfort.

取樱桃大小的用量，用滚珠头在紧绷部位画圈按摩至吸收，早晚各一次。
Use a cherry-sized amount and massage in circles until absorbed, morning and night.
可以和药贴王一起用吗？Can I use it with the patch?
可以。很多人白天涂膏、晚上贴贴。同一个部位涂完请隔约 4 小时再贴，不要马上叠用。
Yes — cream by day, patch by night. On the same spot, wait about 4 hours after the cream before applying a patch.
贴和膏有什么差别？Patch or cream?
贴：大面积、过夜、撑得久（肩颈、腰、膝盖）。膏：定点、随时、靠按摩（手腕、后颈、足弓）。
